Seedwave -- checkout

Non-custodial checkout: your wallet sends USDC directly to Seedwave's receiving address on Base. This page never asks for or has access to your private key. This build targets Base Sepolia (testnet) -- see window.SEEDWAVE_CONFIG below to point it at Base mainnet later.
